Depends on the age and level, but mostly local.
How much does it cost?
Club membership is generally affordable; some gear may need to be bought
Are times for training and matches set in advance?
Yes, but fixtures change often (particularly for older teams) — be flexible!
Who are the coaches in Ramor?
You will meet your child’s coaches at the various training and match days. Remember that coaches are volunteers — patience and kindness go a long way.
How will I find out about what’s going on in the club?
Ramor will use the following communications methods:

How can I volunteer?
In the first instance, please talk to one of your child’s coaches who will link you in with the club membership team. Alternatively, if you don’t have a child involved in a team, please contact our club secretary by emailing secretary.ramorunited.cavan@gaa.ie
